Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications
- 1 year bartending experience required
- comprehensive knowledge of wine, liquor and beer
- ability to communicate fluently in English
- ability to work in fast paced environment
- ability to multi task
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must have and maintain current Texas Food Handlers and TABC certifications
- 1 year bartending experience required
- prior server experience preferred
- comprehensive wine, liquor and beer knowledge required
- ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate verbally and in writing in English
- must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
- must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must agree and adhere to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines
Job Duties
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- provide outstanding service to guests and members following proper steps of service
- produce drinks for servers, guests and members according to standard recipes and deliver as needed
- keep bar stocked and clean at all times
- monitor inventory
- ensure consistency in presentation and recipes of all cocktails
- maintain familiarity with menus and beverage offerings
- be familiar with and enforce all policies related to TABC laws
- assist with front of house tasks
- assist in orientation and training of new associates
- participate in department meetings and required trainings
- perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
