Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to read write and understand English
- must pass required background check
- must have a serve safe health permit
- report to work in a neat and clean uniform with slip resistant shoes
- well groomed hair and personal hygiene essential
- ability to work in a loud fast paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints
- ability to communicate effectively with patrons and employees and understand instructions
- ability to perform assigned tasks in a restaurant environment exposed to smoke under frequent time pressures
- walking standing 100 percent bending lifting 10 percent up to 50lbs safely pushing pulling 5 percent
- ability to climb stepladder and safely retrieve boxes overhead up to 30lbs
- ability to be at work on time as scheduled including nights weekends and holidays
- report to work in a neat and clean uniform with slip resistant shoes well groomed hair and personal hygiene essential
- travel into market areas to research new trends and best practices
- high school diploma or GED equivalent with one year experience as bartender or bar back preferred

- takes food orders from guests and delivers them when applicable
- develops and maintains positive guest relations resolving minor disputes and ensuring safety and security
