Currently, Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time Bartender to join their Centurion Lounge team at Miami International Airport located in Doral, FL. This position offers a competitive fixed pay rate of $21.91 per hour and includes generous benefits such as shift meals, paid time off, medical coverage, parking, and uniforms. The Bartender plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving beverages in a courteous and timely manner, adhering strictly to state, federal, and corporate liquor laws. This position requires the ability to efficiently set up bar stations, manage inventory, prepare fresh garnishes, and maintain an attractive and sanitary work environment. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of premium service experience
- ability to work full time evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
- cash handling skills
- physical ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work station
- must be able to pass background screening if required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- sets up assigned bars and requisitions and stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
- maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- takes and/or processes orders for drinks, mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practices prudent portion control
- checks guests at the bar for proper identification
- detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained
- receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
- locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops and secures bank
- performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and keeps work area clean and organized
- arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
- washes and sterilizes stemware
- performs other duties as assigned
