The current opportunity is for a full-time Bartender position located at the Delta Sky Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd TE, Phoenix, AZ 85034). This role is an excellent fit for individuals with previous bartending experience who enjoy delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages courteously and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and corporate regulations related to the service of alcoholic beverages.
As a full-time team member with Eurest, the Bartender will maintain an inviting and well-stocked bar area, greet guests warmly, prepare drinks according to standard recipes with proper portion control, and manage transactions accurately. The position requires adherence to health and safety standards, including cleanliness and sanitation of the bar workspace and glassware. The work schedule demands open availability with a requirement to work weekends, which ensures adequate coverage during peak times.

Job Duties
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies
- maintains stock, prepares and stores fresh garnishes and perishables
- greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- takes and processes drink orders
- mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes
- practices prudent portion control
- checks guests for proper identification
- detects and acts upon guest inebriation
- handles cash transactions and records charges
- secures all beverage products, food, equipment and cash deposits
- performs cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- arranges bottles and glasses attractively
- washes and sterilizes stemware
- performs other duties as assigned
