Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant bartending experience
- ability to work full-time with open availability
- compliance with all liquor laws
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods
- high school diploma or equivalent

- knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- familiarity with bar inventory management
- ability to handle cash and process payments accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- set up assigned bars and requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
- maintain stock, prepare, cure and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- take and/or process orders for drinks, mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control
- check guests at the bar for proper identification
- detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained
- demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws
- receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops and secure bank
- perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and keep work area clean and organized
- arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
- wash and sterilize stemware
- perform other duties as assigned
