We are currently seeking full-time bartenders to join the Moss team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing the club's high standards in beverage service. This position requires candidates with 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, capable of delivering friendly, courteous, and timely service to our discerning clientele. The role primarily involves preparing and serving beverages in the bar area, ensuring compliance with all applicable liquor laws and internal policies. Bartenders will be responsible for setting up their assigned bars, managing inventory, garnishing drinks appropriately, and engaging guests with professionalism and warmth.
The work schedule is full-time, with open availability preferred to accommodate our operational hours, which include breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner shifts throughout the week. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- set up assigned bars and requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
- maintain stock, prepare, cure and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- take and/or process orders for drinks, mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control
- check guests at the bar for proper identification
- detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained
- demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws
- receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops and secure bank
- perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and keep work area clean and organized
- arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
- wash and sterilize stemware
- perform other duties as assigned
