Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- A working knowledge of bar related beverages spirits wine and beer
- A working knowledge of the most common cocktails mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- Alcohol Server Certification
- Possesses a passion for exceeding member expectations and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 20 lbs overhead
- Ability to use a point of sale system computer calculator and credit card machine
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Working knowledge of bar related beverages spirits wine and beer
- Working knowledge of common cocktails mixed drinks and specialty drinks

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Mix prepare and serve drinks according to recipes approved by the Beverage Manager
- Issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system
- Maintain daily inventory of liquors beers wines and tobacco including tracking drinks and liquors in greatest demand to ensure stock maintenance stocking additional supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in bar area including cleaning equipment and keeping glasses polished
- Perform opening and closing bar duties to ensure bar readiness
- Support all club venues events and fellow employee partners in delivering quality beverages and service
- Provide professional and pleasant beverage service to members and guests
