Job Requirements

  • One year of prior bartender experience preferred
  • ability to adhere to liquor laws and corporate policies
  • reliable and punctual
  • must be able to work full-time schedule including weekends
  • must be 21 years or older
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • must pass any required background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year bartender experience preferred
  • knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • ability to interact positively with guests
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
  • sets up and stocks assigned bars with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies
  • maintains quality of fresh fruit, garnishes, and other perishables
  • greets guests and processes drink orders
  • practices prudent portion control and verifies guest identification
  • manages cash transactions and secures deposits
  • performs cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
  • arranges bottles and glassware to maintain an attractive bar display
  • washes and sterilizes stemware
  • performs other duties as assigned
