Job Requirements
- One year of prior bartender experience preferred
- ability to adhere to liquor laws and corporate policies
- reliable and punctual
- must be able to work full-time schedule including weekends
- must be 21 years or older
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- must pass any required background checks
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year bartender experience preferred
- knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
- ability to interact positively with guests
- strong communication and customer service skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- sets up and stocks assigned bars with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies
- maintains quality of fresh fruit, garnishes, and other perishables
- greets guests and processes drink orders
- practices prudent portion control and verifies guest identification
- manages cash transactions and secures deposits
- performs cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- arranges bottles and glassware to maintain an attractive bar display
- washes and sterilizes stemware
- performs other duties as assigned
