Job Requirements
- Valid bartending experience of at least one year
- ability to comply with state, federal, and corporate alcohol service regulations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work Monday through Friday with weekend shifts
- capability to manage cash and record transactions correctly
- commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- One year of prior bartender experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- understanding of state and federal liquor laws
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves beverages in a friendly and timely manner
- adheres to liquor laws and regulations for alcohol service
- stocks and maintains bar supplies including garnishes and glassware
- greets guests courteously and takes drink orders
- handles cash transactions and verifies charges
- maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- performs other duties as assigned
