Job Requirements

  • Previous two years of bartending experience required
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability for full-time schedule with varying days and hours
  • ability to adhere to all applicable liquor laws and company policies
  • willing to work in a fast-paced airport club environment
  • must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of bartending experience
  • knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to prepare and serve beverages according to standardized recipes
  • proficient money handling and cash management skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
  • adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
  • sets up assigned bars and stocks supplies
  • maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
  • greets guests courteously
  • takes and processes drink orders
  • checks identification and monitors guest intoxication
  • handles cash transactions and secures deposits
  • performs cleaning tasks and keeps work area organized
  • arranges bottles and glasses attractively
  • washes and sterilizes stemware
  • performs other duties as assigned
