Job Requirements
- Previous two years of bartending experience required
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- availability for full-time schedule with varying days and hours
- ability to adhere to all applicable liquor laws and company policies
- willing to work in a fast-paced airport club environment
- must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of bartending experience
- knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
- strong customer service skills
- ability to prepare and serve beverages according to standardized recipes
- proficient money handling and cash management skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- sets up assigned bars and stocks supplies
- maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- greets guests courteously
- takes and processes drink orders
- checks identification and monitors guest intoxication
- handles cash transactions and secures deposits
- performs cleaning tasks and keeps work area organized
- arranges bottles and glasses attractively
- washes and sterilizes stemware
- performs other duties as assigned
