The current opportunity available at the Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown is for a Bartender position at the TRUE Music Room & Bar, located within the hotel. This role is essential in providing prompt, courteous service to both bar and lobby guests by preparing and serving food and beverages in a professional and welcoming manner. The bartender will help maintain a clean and organized bar area, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to creating a memorable experience for every guest. Job Requirements
- Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Valid Server Permit through the State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission
- Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of all drink types
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
Job Duties
- Take, mix and serve drink orders
- Interact with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures
- Maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures
- Complete open, close and side duties including cleaning tables, stocking supplies, washing and stocking glassware, and assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
- Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
