Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of bartending experience preferred
- valid TABC certification or willingness to obtain before start
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- adherence to Texas alcohol and safety regulations
- proficiency with POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or bar experience of at least one year preferred
- warm and genuine care for the guest experience
- working knowledge of spirits, cocktail technique, and bar operations
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- reliable and organized
- comfort with POS systems, specifically Union POS
- experience with batched cocktail programs or frozen cocktail equipment is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve CLUB39's full cocktail program to build standard
- greet every guest warmly and provide confident, knowledgeable service throughout their visit
- maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shift
- enforce TABC compliance on every shift: responsible service, ID verification, and monitoring of guest alcohol consumption without exception
- support frozen machine operation and batch program execution per CLUB39 SOPs
- complete opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists accurately and on time
- monitor product levels and communicate low stock to your lead or management team
- always operate in compliance with applicable Texas health, safety, and alcohol regulations
