Job Requirements
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Previous bartending experience in a high-end setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or cocktail bar setting
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (TABC) required
- Availability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to lift moderate weight, up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, seasonal specials, and industry trends
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and ordering bar supplies
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service
- Follow all hotel safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment
