Job Requirements
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Experience in upscale dining preferred
- Ability to work full-time with open availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of state and federal liquor regulations
- Ability to recognize and respond to intoxicated guests
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to perform cleaning and stocking duties
- Must comply with company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience

- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible serving practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts and open availability
- Basic cash handling and transaction recording skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary items
- Maintains stock, prepares and stores fresh garnishes and perishables
- Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders
- Checks guests for proper identification
- Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained
- Handles cash transactions and secures deposits
- Performs general cleaning tasks and maintains work area cleanliness
- Arranges bottles and glasses for attractive bar display
- Washes and sterilizes stemware
- Performs other duties as assigned
