Bartenders at the Stanley Hotel are expected to operate professionally and courteously, maintaining cordial interactions with guests and ensuring that all sales transactions such as ringing guest checks, collecting cash, and processing credits or room charges are handled accurately and according to company procedures. The role also involves maintaining inventory through the completion of liquor requisitions and supply lists and guaranteeing that established par levels are met.
