Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of bartending or relevant experience
- able to read, write, and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- able to count money and make change correctly
- knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing techniques
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- meet professional appearance standards
- physically mobile with or without reasonable accommodation
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricted areas
- tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded or noisy environments
- physically able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs
- able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varied work areas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and coworkers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service and use guest name
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
- prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- communicate with beverage servers and present drinks as required
- slice and pit fruit as required
- operate and maintain all equipment and utensils according to guidelines and safety procedures
- operate a cash register/POS system, accurately handling cash, charge, and complimentary sales
- maintain integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- work collaboratively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors
- maintain a clean and stocked workstation following health and safety guidelines
