We are an upscale dining establishment dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience characterized by attentive service and a refined atmosphere. We are currently seeking one or two motivated and personable bartenders who excel in customer service and have a passion for the art of bartending within an elevated dining context. Ideal candidates are those who anticipate guests' needs even before they are expressed and can contribute to maintaining our high standards of guest interaction and beverage service. While previous bartending experience and wine knowledge are valued, we prioritize candidates with strong people skills and a solid work ethic. We are dedicated to supporting the professional growth of our staff and offer the unique advantage of on-site sommelier training throughout the summer. This role offers approximately 30 to 35 hours per week, allowing for a flexible schedule while ensuring consistent interaction with our discerning clientele. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a bartender preferred
- Basic understanding of wine preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
