The Bartender position at Trilogy Bickford Ranch presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. This full-time role pays $18 per hour and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to guests seated at the bar, restaurant, or patio, while adhering to the company’s high standards of service quality and hospitality. The role requires a proactive approach to food and beverage service, ensuring that all guests receive a consistently superior experience.

As a bartender at Trilogy Bickford Ranch, you will be expected to create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests enthusiastically, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the resort’s dining and entertainment options, and responding effectively to guest inquiries. The bartender will also be tasked with mixing drinks, serving wine and beer, taking food and beverage orders, attending corporate parties and weddings, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Handling monetary transactions accurately and managing bar inventory within budgetary constraints form essential components of the role.

Teamwork and excellent communication skills are highly valued, as bartenders collaborate with various staff levels to develop a shared vision, plan food and beverage functions, and uphold company standards.
