The community is part of the Bickford Master Plan and features a variety of lifestyle amenities designed to enhance the living experience of its residents. A major highlight of the community is The Ridge Wellness Social Club, a forthcoming social hub perched high on a ridge offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. This planned club is designed to be a centerpiece for social, fitness, and recreational activities, featuring a resort-style pool, a restaurant, and both indoor and outdoor venues for gathering and entertaining. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and lead by example while embodying the company's core values of honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit.

Trilogy Bickford Ranch provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and life insurance after 60 days of employment, paid time off accrual at 120 hours per year, seven paid holidays annually, and eligibility to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after 30 days of service.
