Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- legal authorization to serve alcohol
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather
- ability to lift 40 lbs or more
- ability to stand, stoop, kneel and crouch for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to alcohol service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- assist with opening and closing bar procedures
