As a Fine Dining Bartender at Truluck's in Fort Lauderdale, you will join a team of hospitality professionals recognized as some of the best in the industry. This role demands a minimum of five years' previous hospitality experience, during which professionalism, accountability, and teamwork have been consistently demonstrated. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of Southern Hospitality, integrity, and a fun outgoing personality while serving our distinguished guests. Working in the live entertainment lounge, you will be crafting expertly made specialty cocktails and maintaining the ambiance that sets Truluck's apart. Compensation for this position ranges from 55,000 to 100,000 dollars annually, combining hourly wages with tips, ensuring rewarding financial compensation commensurate with your expertise. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for extended periods, and skillful POS operation including cash handling in compliance with company policies. Beyond drink preparation, you will engage deeply in teamwork and continuous education to maintain product knowledge and service skills at a superior level. You will also handle bar operations ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to all liquor service laws and health codes. Job Qualifications

  • Current state alcohol certification

Job Duties

  • Display Southern Hospitality and connect with guests while developing loyal guests
  • Always maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Work with teamwork always in mind
  • Continuously executes Truluck's Performance Standards
  • Is aware of and abides by all liquor service laws
  • Must always maintain current state alcohol certification
  • Responsible for checking proper and legal identification of anyone who appears to be under the age of 25
  • Perform bar set-up, running side work, and closing duties as assigned
  • Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts as trained
  • Possess and maintain product knowledge through continuous weekly education
  • Must pass all product and service step tests with a grade of 90% or higher
  • Prepares beverages with consistency of recipe with proper and fresh garnish
  • Participate in bar clean up and conduct bar clean up in accordance with health code regulations
  • Maintain bar safety and sanitation
  • Operate the POS computerized cash register system and accept payments according to company cash handling policies
  • Lawfully declares tips according to tip declaration procedure
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team
