Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

Job Duties
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively improve their experience
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Stock and organize bar supplies including beverages, glassware, and perishables for seamless service
- Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process payments including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
- Address guest concerns professionally and manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
