The resort prides itself on delivering outstanding service, ensuring that every team member embodies the core values of safety, security, environment cleanliness, and exceptional guest interaction to maintain the high standards synonymous with the brand.
The Bartender role at Resorts World Las Vegas is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality team committed to excellence. This position involves more than just preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; it is about providing an elevated guest experience that encourages repeat visits and builds lasting customer relationships. As a Bartender, you will be the face of the bar, engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly, and maintaining a lively yet safe atmosphere within the bar area. Your responsibilities include crafting cocktails according to established recipes, verifying customer identification to comply with legal drinking age requirements, and managing payments efficiently through the company POS system.
This role demands attention to detail in maintaining bar cleanliness and aesthetics, as well as skillful handling of bar equipment and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations. The Bartender must also uphold the highest professional standards by adhering to Resorts World's core operational values and securing all necessary position-specific certifications and licenses. Working in a versatile environment, shift schedules may vary to include nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
Successful candidates will bring a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, fluency in English, polished appearance, and superior customer service skills. Experience in large, luxury resort settings or fine dining establishments is preferred, along with certifications such as the Local Bartender’s Union 165 Pour Card or Sommeliers Certification. The role also requires physical endurance and mobility within specified limits, reinforcing the importance of compliance with all property policies and health safety regulations. Joining Resorts World Las Vegas means becoming part of a team that believes every employee is an ambassador of the resort, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for all guests through exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.
