Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of state laws regarding alcohol service and responsible beverage practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and menu items, offering thoughtful recommendations
  • Accurately take and prepare food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
  • Verify guest identification and responsibly serve alcohol in accordance with state laws and company policies
  • Use suggestive selling techniques in a natural, hospitality-driven way to enhance the guest experience
  • Build genuine, professional rapport with guests while maintaining a polished presence behind the bar
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
  • Work collaboratively with service and culinary teams to support smooth, seamless service
  • Participate in ongoing training, review shift notes, attend meetings, and consistently uphold company standards and policies
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule
