Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of state laws regarding alcohol service and responsible beverage practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of state laws regarding alcohol service and responsible beverage practices
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, creating an inviting bar and lounge experience
Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and menu items, offering thoughtful recommendations
Accurately take and prepare food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
Verify guest identification and responsibly serve alcohol in accordance with state laws and company policies
Use suggestive selling techniques in a natural, hospitality-driven way to enhance the guest experience
Build genuine, professional rapport with guests while maintaining a polished presence behind the bar
Complete opening, running, and closing side work to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
Work collaboratively with service and culinary teams to support smooth, seamless service
Participate in ongoing training, review shift notes, attend meetings, and consistently uphold company standards and policies
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule
