Their portfolio of offerings ranges from heart-pounding haunted houses to innovative special events that push the boundaries of themed entertainment. Through their dedication to storytelling and atmosphere, Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group has established a passionate community of employees and guests alike, all sharing in the excitement of world-class scares and joyous moments.

The role of Seasonal Bartender at Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is an essential position that brings a vibrant and engaging atmosphere to every event. As part of a dynamic, seasonal team, the bartender has the opportunity to influence guest experiences positively by crafting a variety of beverages with precision and personality. Whether preparing signature cocktails or timeless classics, the bartender is expected to deliver drinks with flair and consistency, meeting high standards for product quality and presentation even in a fast-paced environment. Alongside beverage preparation, the bartender will manage responsible alcohol service by verifying legal drinking age and monitoring for signs of intoxication, ensuring guest safety and compliance with laws.

This role demands an energetic, customer-focused individual who can operate efficiently under the excitement and pressure of live events, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Collaborative skills are also vital, as the bartender will work closely with other staff members, including servers and event teams, to maintain smooth service throughout events. Duties further include operating the point-of-sale system to process transactions, balancing cash drawers, maintaining cleanliness and stock at the bar, and supporting setup and breakdown activities. These responsibilities contribute to the overall seamless execution of events and memorable guest satisfaction.

Seasonal employment with Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group offers a unique workplace where creativity and performance meet hospitality and customer service. It is suitable for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, interactive work environments and have a passion for themed entertainment and guest engagement.
