As a Bartender, you will be responsible for setting up bars, stocking supplies including beer, wine, spirits, and paper products, preparing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, and mixing and presenting drinks using standard recipes. Attention to detail in portion control and guest identification is pivotal to the role, alongside managing cash transactions and securing beverage products and equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, washing and sterilizing stemware, and creating attractive displays are also critical duties. Building positive guest interactions by greeting patrons warmly and handling any situations of guest inebriation with professionalism will be part of your daily responsibilities.
