The role available at Minnehaha Country Club is a full-time bartender position based in the Windows Restaurant, which is known for its welcoming environment and commitment to high-quality service. The bartender will be a vital part of the dining experience, responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests receive prompt and attentive service. With a starting salary of $11.00 per hour depending on experience, plus tips, this position also requires working occasional server shifts at a rate of $7.00 per hour plus tips. As a bartender at Minnehaha Country Club, you will be equipped with the responsibility of preparing garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before the bar opens, as well as inspecting and stocking the bar to ensure it is fully supplied throughout service hours. You will be expected to provide immediate attention to members and guests upon seating, expertly mixing drinks according to approved recipes, and accurately handling billing procedures. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, managing inventory control, and assisting with closing duties according to prescribed procedures. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent organizational skills, a dynamic personality, and a commitment to serving members with courtesy and professionalism.
