As a Bartender at Daytona Beach Regency, you will play a vital role in maintaining the resort's reputation for outstanding guest experiences. Your responsibilities include expertly preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, from mixed liquors to wines and beers, ensuring that every drink meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will prepare the bar area with necessary supplies like ice, fruit garnishes, and glasses, and manage inventory with attention to detail. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems such as Agilysys and proficiency in preparing end-of-shift reports are essential to efficiently managing your section.

The role also requires strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests warmly, ensuring they receive attentive and timely service throughout their visit. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health standards within the bar area is vital to providing a safe and pleasant environment. The position calls for physical stamina, as bartenders must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
