Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods
- excellent personal hygiene
- knowledge of local and state alcohol laws
- ability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- prepare and serve beverages to guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers for guests in the dining room and cocktail area
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
- engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- assist in training new bar staff
