Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
must comply with all health codes and regulations
knowledge of casino environment
must have previous experience in handling cash
must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests
must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
gaming registration
alcohol certification

Job Qualifications

Highschool diploma/GED
minimum of two years’ experience working in a casino/bar establishment preferred
knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
good oral and written communication skills
must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training

Job Duties

Make and create specialty drinks for guests
function as cashier for beverage outlet and ensure balanced monies
maintain proper set-up of the bar, including maintaining cleanliness of guest areas
maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer
check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
perform other duties as assigned
