Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Maintain station following good safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work with other employees to uphold quality, consistency, and specifications
  • Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
  • Well focused and organized
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station adhering to safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality and consistency of food and beverage service
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcoholic beverages and uphold Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) standards
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
