minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar bartender role
experience in beverage operations
strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail creation
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
create innovative cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
provide excellent customer service and engage guests with a friendly and accommodating demeanor
manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
adhere to health and safety regulations
work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
