With a focus on both innovation and community engagement, Regal is an ideal workplace for individuals who thrive in dynamic, customer-oriented settings and are passionate about the entertainment industry.
The role of a Bartender at Regal Cinemas is vital in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing impeccable service through the preparation and serving of alcoholic beverages in a clean and organized environment. The bartender is responsible for adhering strictly to all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. This position includes the requirement to complete mandatory training and certification, including the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training program, and maintaining all necessary permits. The company values bartenders who exhibit excellent communication, sales acumen, and the ability to work efficiently with a team while promoting ongoing programs such as the Crown Club to enhance guest satisfaction.
Bartenders at Regal Cinemas earn $15.25 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of their role in contributing to a positive guest experience and company revenue. Beyond compensation, team members enjoy exclusive benefits such as free movie passes, discounted concessions at any Regal location, and eligibility to participate in a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match after meeting age and service requirements. This position offers growth opportunities through the cast certification program, promoting professional development within the company. Candidates must be proactive in maintaining cleanliness, managing cash and coupons accurately, and delivering outstanding customer service with a smile, greeting, and thanking every guest to foster an inviting atmosphere.
