Job Duties
- Sets up bar with supplies and product prior to opening
- ensures the correct display of products to enhance sales
- receives and prepares drink orders from guests and servers
- rings drink orders into register and processes payments
- provides immediate attention to guests upon seating and enhances guest relations
- closes down bar ensuring inventory is secure and bar is cleaned
- assists servers with serving food and beverages
- informs guests about daily specials
- performs quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction
