Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Bartending training and certification required
Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
Able to stand continuously during shifts
Able to lift 20 to 100 lbs
Able to bend, kneel and maneuver in narrow areas
Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Able to communicate verbally and in writing
Must be highly organized
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time
Must have good cash handling skills
Physical ability to perform job functions
Ability to remain calm and professional under stress

Job Qualifications

Bartending training and certification
TIPS certified
2 years bartending experience
Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to accurately count cash
Ability to operate cash register
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Must use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems

Job Duties

Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
Know and comply with state liquor laws
Ensure established pars are maintained
Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
