Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Bartending training and certification required
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
- Able to stand continuously during shifts
- Able to lift 20 to 100 lbs
- Able to bend, kneel and maneuver in narrow areas
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Must have good cash handling skills
- Physical ability to perform job functions
- Ability to remain calm and professional under stress
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- 2 years bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to accurately count cash
- Ability to operate cash register
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Must use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
