Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Meet company quality standards in preparation and presentation of cocktails
- achieve planned product costs by adhering to portion standards
- report to work on time and maintain clean uniform
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits

- answer guest questions about the restaurant
- handle requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
- cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties

- follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- know emergency procedures in the restaurant
