- Bartender must be 21 years or older
- Server must be 20 years or older
- Host must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to all financial protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of shortages or needs for reordering
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining standards to enhance the guest experience
- Utilize Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing while maintaining time management skills during peak hours
- Be friendly and outgoing with above average people skills and able to build bar business
