The company operates with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, making it a sought-after food service provider in the hospitality industry.
The role of Bartender at Proof of the Pudding, specifically at the Comerica Center in Frisco, Texas, presents an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced event environment. Comerica Center, a multipurpose arena seating up to 6,000 guests, is home to the NHL's Dallas Stars Executive Offices and the Texas Legends, the Dallas Mavericks' G-League affiliate. The venue features state-of-the-art amenities including advanced sound systems, large HD video screens, private suites, and exclusive lounge areas, creating an elevated setting for both sporting and special events.
As a Bartender within the Premium Department, reporting to the Premium Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier service that enhances the overall guest experience. This position is non-exempt and hourly, offering competitive pay starting at $9 per hour plus tips, along with on-the-job training. The work is seasonal and part-time, aligning with the schedule of athletic and special events. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the bar area efficiently, preparing a variety of mixed drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing attentive, friendly service to guests throughout events. This role requires a motivated, organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Experience in upscale or VIP service styles is highly valued, as is a commitment to teamwork and integrity. Successful bartenders will be those who take pride in their work, prioritize guest satisfaction, and contribute positively to the team culture at Proof of the Pudding. Working at Comerica Center offers the unique experience of serving at one of the most iconic and scenic venues in Frisco, providing both professional growth opportunities and a vibrant work environment.
