Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year bartending experience in high volume establishment
- knowledge of cocktail recipes and spirits
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid bartender license if applicable
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks for guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- check identification to verify legal drinking age
- handle cash and process payments
- engage with customers to create a welcoming environment
- restock bar inventory as needed
- comply with all health and safety regulations
