Archer Hotel Redmond is a distinguished Northwest-chic boutique hotel located in the vibrant Eastside suburb of Seattle, specifically in Redmond Town Center. This AAA Four Diamond property features 160 luxurious guest rooms and suites, a popular first-floor AKB hotel bar, an indoor pool, and over 10,450 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. Revered by TripAdvisor travelers and part of the acclaimed Archer Hotel collection, this hotel is known for its thoughtful design, exceptional service, and local flair that resonates deeply with guests. Archer Hotel Redmond is currently seeking dedicated team members who embody a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates are team players, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. Physical five senses readiness is crucial as roles may require exerting up to 60 pounds of force and the ability to stand for extended periods. Six months of hospitality or service industry experience is considered a plus. Job Qualifications

  • Certification in alcohol awareness and food safety preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • Verify ID and age of guests for alcohol service
  • Prepare traditional, classic, and specialty cocktails
  • Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Process guest payments accurately
  • Demonstrate knowledge of food, beverage, and promotions
  • Follow cash handling procedures and balance receipts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
  • Communicate allergy and dietary restrictions
  • Manage bar inventory including pre-batched cocktails and supplies
  • Comply with all federal, state, and corporate alcohol laws
  • Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly
  • Ensure proper tip reporting for tax purposes
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
  • Assist with other tasks as requested by management
