Job Requirements
- at least 2 - 3 years related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment
- availability to work nights and weekends as needed
- ability to work behind the bar for long periods of time
- ability to use all bar tools and POS systems
- ability to frequently lift or move up to 40 pounds
- alcohol service certification preferred or ability to achieve within 30 days of hire

- ability to use bar tools and Point-of-Sale systems effectively
Job Duties
- mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
- serve food and beverages to patrons in a friendly and courteous manner
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary
- set, stock, and break down bars
- maintain accurate counts and collect payment for all food and beverages served
- provide positive guest recognition and build relationships with regular and VIP patrons
- enter orders into the Point-of-Sale system and verify sales
