Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers certification required
- California RBS Certification
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours
- Must maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Must have regular attendance and punctuality
- Must comply with all company rules and safety policies
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language
- Requires patience, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of high-volume bar experience
- Excellent leadership and customer relations skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills

- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS systems
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of table and bar service
- Understanding of spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers for table delivery
- Take beverage and food orders at the bar
- Describe menu items and suggest products to customers
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits
- Ensure all liquor, beer, and wine products are put away safely and secured
- Assist with recipe batching, ice molding, liquor infusions, and preparing garnishes
- Ensure taps, coolers, and appliances are clean and functional
- Verify customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Prevent minors and intoxicated persons from being served alcohol
- Act as cashier when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area by disposing waste, cleaning glassware, and wiping surfaces
- Assist servers, bartenders, and barbacks as needed
- Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet
- Operate cash register, handle payments, and follow cash handling policies
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to all guests
- Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
