Employees in this role are encouraged to grow their skills, explore career advancement opportunities, and enjoy a dynamic workplace culture that balances professionalism with fun. This position is typically hourly with a base pay rate starting at $16.90 per hour, exclusive of incentives like gratuities. Pendry Hotels also emphasize flexibility in scheduling, requiring availability for weekends and holidays, which supports a demanding yet rewarding hospitality environment.
