Row 34 Burlington is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join its dedicated team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year bartending or relevant service experience
  • Knowledge of beer and wine
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations about beer, wine, and cocktails
  • Monitor customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
  • Collaborate with front of house team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies
  • Handle cash and process payment transactions
