We are currently seeking a dedicated and skillful Bartender to join our part-time onsite team. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and flow of service during peak hours, especially on busy weekend nights. The ideal candidate will bring a strong base of cocktail knowledge and the ability to craft drinks quickly and precisely, ensuring that each guest enjoys a perfectly made beverage served with warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, pouring beers, handling cash and POS transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Collaboration with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff is critical, and the successful bartender will be someone who readily pitches in with additional duties such as bar backing and helping maintain smooth service coordination. We value teamwork deeply, so a strong team mentality and excellent communication skills are vital to thrive in this role.

This position requires physical stamina and dexterity, as bartenders must be on their feet for most of their shift, moving swiftly around the bar area, bending, twisting, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in environments that may have varying temperatures, low light, and high noise levels is also important. Prospective candidates must be at least 21 years old and have prior experience in a similar bartending role, with a solid understanding of cocktail mixing techniques and drink recipes. Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of the job.
