- bartending experience in a similar role
- strong cocktail knowledge
- great communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask under pressure
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in varied temperature and noise conditions
- manual dexterity for handling bottles and glassware
Job Qualifications
- 21 plus years of age
- bartending experience in a similar role is preferred
- strong cocktail knowledge
- great communication and teamwork skills
- cool head under pressure and a knack for multitasking
- must have flexible availability to work weekends and occasional holidays
- ability to safely navigate the restaurant, which may include indoor and outdoor spaces, varying temperature, stairs, uneven surfaces
- ability to be on your feet, moving, bending, twisting, and hustling for most of your shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- manual dexterity to safely handle bottles, glassware, and other prep tools
- ability to work in low-light and high-noise environments
Job Duties
- Craft cocktails, pour beer, and keep drinks flowing with speed and precision
- provide warm, genuine hospitality to every guest
- communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth and timely service flow
- keep the bar area sanitary, stocked, and organized
- work closely with FOH and BOH teams to keep service running smoothly, pitching in with bar back duties as needed
- handle cash and POS transactions accurately
