Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local health department and alcoholic beverage commission statutes
Must have physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job descriptions
Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions
Must be able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all guests at the bar top as well as the service well
Must be able to carry food and beverages
Must be physically able to dance
Must be able to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Must have all required health and alcohol service certifications and licenses
Must possess knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service
Experience working in a hospitality or food service environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly
Capability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and active bar at all times
Acknowledge guests immediately upon arrival
Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
Ensure hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold
Be visible behind the bar to assist guests and service staff
Adhere to timing standards for products and service
Consolidate service to increase table turns
Perform with speed, accuracy, and showmanship
Know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail products offered
Apply positive suggestive sales to guide guests
Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
Educate team members on drink recipes
Document and minimize waste
Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety
Follow all recipes and specifications for food and beverages
Complete daily cleaning calendar tasks
