The company is currently seeking a dedicated Bartender to join its Dining department. This non-exempt position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to guests. The Bartender will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience by preparing and serving a wide range of beverages including craft cocktails, beer, and wines, along with a selection of food items. A key emphasis is placed on exceeding First Class Service standards by engaging with guests warmly and professionally. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Bartender with Paradies Lagardere, you will consistently create memorable first and last impressions, demonstrating attention to detail in the preparation of drinks and garnishes. You will operate point-of-sale systems accurately and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. You will also have a responsibility for inventory control and supporting compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, particularly those related to alcohol service and food safety.

This role requires a candidate who enjoys working with guests and is adept at managing customer needs with professionalism and a positive attitude. The ability to work various shifts throughout the year, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Previous bartending experience of three to five years is required along with certifications such as ServeSafe Food Handler's Certification. Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
