Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- serveSafe Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience bartending
- ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
- excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- knowledge of math for cash handling procedures
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- able to work unsupervised for extensive periods
- ability to work various shifts
- strong self-motivation and organizational skills
- positive interpersonal skills
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years bartending experience
- ServeSafe Food Handler's Certification or equivalent
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
Job Duties
- Exceed first class service standards
- greet and acknowledge guests warmly
- prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and food
- verify legal drinking age of guests
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
- process transactions accurately through point-of-sale system
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
