This part-time, hourly, non-exempt role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires dedication to the company’s Universal Service Standards along with all operational protocols. The bartender is entrusted with the responsibility to set up and service individual beverage stations ensuring that every guest receives consistent, pleasant, and efficient service. The role also demands strict adherence to liquor laws, proper cash handling, detailed inventory verification, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace throughout the event.
