The Bartender position at Legends Global represents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic event environment. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires dedication to the company’s Universal Service Standards along with all operational protocols. The bartender is entrusted with the responsibility to set up and service individual beverage stations ensuring that every guest receives consistent, pleasant, and efficient service. The role also demands strict adherence to liquor laws, proper cash handling, detailed inventory verification, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace throughout the event. Working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, this position demands a proactive, customer-focused approach and an ability to handle multiple priorities with attentiveness and professionalism.

Bartenders at Legends Global are crucial team members who contribute directly to the overall event experience by engaging with guests, managing transactions accurately, and courteously enforcing policies such as age verification for alcoholic beverages. They are expected to prepare beverages consistent with company pricing and quality standards while maintaining precise cash register operations and inventory controls. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be TABC certified
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
  • sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
  • basic working knowledge of bar operation
  • ability to stand and walk for long durations of time
  • ability to carry and lift up to 50lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
  • must have basic working knowledge of bar operation

  • must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees, as well as read and understand all policies and procedures
  • must be able to stand and or walk for long durations at a time
  • must be able to carry and lift up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Sets up and services individual beverage locations
  • properly handle cash
  • enforce all liquor laws
  • verify and account for all liquor inventory
  • maintain proper sanitation of work area
  • follow proper safety practices in the work area
  • provide pleasant and efficient service to customers
  • reports to F&B personnel in appropriate uniform, for assigned location
  • prepares all beverage items for sale in the station
  • sells to customers, charging amount indicated on Legends Global price list
  • receives and handles cash and/or tickets
  • accurately verifies all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor
  • verifies cash register is programmed properly, according to Legends Global approved sales prices
  • follows all rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and to Legends Global Food and Beverage Division
  • requests identification for every guest purchasing alcohol
  • performs other related duties as assigned by Food Service Manager
