Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to work well with team members and managers
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of experience in beverage service in a fine dining establishment
- Basic knowledge of wine service
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage diverse tasks
- Willingness to obtain TABC server's permit if not already held
Job Duties
- Knowledge of a range of cocktails, beverages, and cordials
- Maintains assigned bar or station to fit guests' needs
- Makes drinks for the dining room from server orders
- Cleans and maintains bar equipment
- Engages and educates guests about the bar programs
- Opens and closes bar(s) according to standards
- Takes drink orders at the bar
- Charges drink orders to correct guest name/room
- Sets up and breaks down satellite bars
- Stocks and maintains various inventory on the property
