Basic wine service knowledge is required, and obtaining a TABC server’s permit before starting or within an assigned grace period is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective engagement and coordination with guests and colleagues alike.

Mathematical skills are necessary for handling property-wide billing and closing out drink orders accurately. Critical reasoning and decision-making skills will help the Bartender manage multiple tasks and dynamic situations with professionalism and alignment to the company’s goals.
