The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is currently seeking a Fine Dining Bartender to join its esteemed restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional who excels in the art of beverage presentation and possesses a deep knowledge of the cuisine and drink offerings. This role involves preparing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism and efficiency. The Fine Dining Bartender will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies while ensuring a positive and respectful approach when assisting guests and servers with beverage selections. This position demands excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be expected to master the menu, including daily specials and specialty cocktails, to enhance the dining experience by recommending wine and cocktail pairings that complement the food. Attentiveness to guests’ needs and collaboration with team members to deliver timely and accurate orders are key components of success. The Fine Dining Bartender must also conduct nightly side work to ensure that the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next service. Physical requirements include standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, and occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds), alongside sharp vision and hearing abilities.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Alcohol Awareness Card required
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants preferred
- Must be familiar with standard drinks and able to maintain supplies necessary to prepare common cocktails and beverages
- Must have strong cash handling skills and ability to collect payments accurately
- Must have strong knowledge of liquor and wine and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and guest service skills a must
- Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Ensure a full and complete understanding of all menu items, including daily or seasonal specials, standard and restaurant specialty cocktails
- Assist servers and guests in respectfully and positively answering questions regarding beverage selections
- Monitor the bar to ensure timely attention to guest needs and communicate with team members to address customer requests
- Take drink orders from servers and bar guests, and fulfill orders accurately and timely
- Offer beverages of particular value to the restaurant, such as cocktails and wine
- Complete nightly side work to clean and prepare for the next day
- Perform other duties as assigned
