Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- knowledge of drink preparation, previous bartender experience preferred
- must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekend based on hotel demands
- must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time unless otherwise directed by immediate manager
- never work while clocked out
- must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- must provide sufficient notice as directed by supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests and give a clear and correct description of food and beverage options
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar area
- stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice portion control
- attend monthly departmental meetings
- input orders into computer and secure accurate payment
- receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- lock up and store all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank at end of shift
- sanitize and clean in and around the bar area
- complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work allowable by labor rules
- maintain knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
- ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
- assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- demonstrate knowledge of hotel amenities and hours
- work effectively and efficiently with the service and kitchen teams
