This part-time Bartender role at Banners Kitchen and Tap is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while ensuring adherence to safety and responsible service protocols. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction.

This position is a tipped role with a minimum hourly wage of $6.75, exclusive of tips, and offers the flexibility of scheduling days, evenings, weekends, and an 8-hour shift structure to accommodate various availability.

The role demands physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, lifting stock up to 50 pounds, and working amidst moderate to high noise levels during peak hours.
